REWORK – 37signals

Since November of 2009, we have been using an amazing product by 37signals called Basecamp to manage our projects at WebDevStudios. We instantly fell in love and it has played a major role helping us grow as a company. (Note: We use Beanstalk for Subversion which integrates seamlessly with Basecamp.) (Fun note: Basecamp was a huge inspiration for me when I started developing CollabPress, a project management system for WordPress.)

With all that said. I highly respect what 37signals has done, along with their other products: Highrise, Backpack, Campfire etc. I had heard a while ago that Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson, of 37signals, would be writing a book about their success story and the path they had taken to get there.

I finally was able to pick up the book today at Borders and can’t wait to read it. A few things that caught my attention flipping through the pages was the awesome artwork and messages they portray. Some of them I can really relate with, I’m sure you can too. Figured it would make a good blog post so enjoy!
